About Us

Founded in 2016, Finite Loop Club (FLC) is the premier coding club of NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, created to provide students with a platform to learn, build, and grow through technology. Inspired by the computer science concept of a finite loop, a process with a clear purpose that reaches a meaningful outcome, the club believes in learning that is practical, purposeful, and driven by results. Founded by Dr. Shashank Shetty, Dr. Puneeth R. P., and Mr. Krishna Prasad Rao, FLC has grown into a thriving student community where curiosity leads to innovation and ideas become real-world solutions. Through workshops, hackathons, coding competitions, technical talks, open-source contributions, project development, industry interactions, and consultancy initiatives, the club helps students strengthen their technical skills while fostering teamwork, leadership, and creativity. Guided by its motto, "Inspire the Rest," and supported by faculty coordinators Dr. Shashank Shetty and Dr. Puneeth R. P., Finite Loop Club continues to inspire students to explore, create, and become confident developers, problem-solvers, and future technology leaders.
